Sports Physicals for the 2024-25 Seasons

Sports Physicals are required to be turned in before a student may tryout/practice. These must be dated April 15, 2024 or later. One sports physical will cover a student for all sports they choose to participate in during the 2024-25 school year. The sports physical is a separate physical from the health physical required for your student to attend school. Your students school health physical will not satisfy the required sports physical necessary to participate in school athletic activities.

Payments can be made online via RevTrak

7th & 8th Grade Students: $200 for the first sport All additional sports are free for the 2024-25 school year.
6th Grade Students: $125 for the first sport; All additional sports are free for the 2024-25 school year.

Payment Options

It is preferable that payments be made at RevTrak; the link can be found under the parent drop-down on the district website. Please follow the directions for creating a new account and making the payment.
A check can be written to "P-CCS" and turned into the coach. Please put the name of your student in the memo line of the check.
Payments need to be submitted by the first contest.

Gate Admission Fees

Will be collected at all sporting events with the exception of cross country. The fee is $2 for adults and $1 for students.

Season: September - October
Open to 6, 7 & 8th Grade Students (no-cut sport)

Open to 7th and 8th Grade Girls Only

Boys Basketball

Season: December - February
Open to 7th and 8th Grade Students Only

Open to 7th and 8th Grade Students Only
